Her Turn invites aspiring female sports leaders from across the European Union to apply for a unique international leadership and mentorship programme designed to strengthen women’s role in sports management and decision-making.

The programme addresses the persistent gender imbalance in sports leadership and aims to empower women with the tools, networks, and mindset needed to advance into decision-making roles within sports organisations.
